General rules

⠀⠀0.1 – It’s MANDATORY to create a account in site (click here to creater), besides following our profiles,  on SPIRIT, as well as on WATTPAD;

⠀⠀0.1.1 – It’s MANDATORY to send PNG Packs when you order your covers. The packs mentioned can be found with quality on DEVIANTART;

⠀⠀0.1.2 – Orders without PNG Packs, which are required when completing the form, the responsible STAFF MEMBER has the option to CANCEL or ACCEPT your order. If it’s accepted, the choice of images will be done by the STAFF MEMBER, just as the CLIENT will lose the right to give opinions about the choice, since they weren’t able to send the desired pack;

⠀⠀0.2 – It’s MANDATORY that the CLIENT comments in the post of their order, once it inspires and encourages our staff, whether with compliments or constructive critics. Otherwise, your future orders will be canceled until the ones already delivered are commented on;

⠀⠀0.3 – It’s strictly forbidden to disrespect any member — STAFF or CLIENTS — with offensive and rude comments. This will lead to the banishment in the blog for misconduct, and the user will be added to our banned list;

⠀⠀0.4 – Do not pressure the staff member responsible for your order; remember that everyone has a life outside the blog. You can question about your order once it misses the given deadline;

⠀⠀0.5 – Never remove the STAFF MEMBER and BLOG credits when you receive your order. Regarding text orders, it’s MANDATORY to insert the credits at the final notes of the chapter. Our administration will always make regular verifications, therefore, be honest; 

⠀⠀0.6 – The function to MODIFY/CANCEL your order will only be accepted if done through the form, which is in our QUICK MENU;

⠀⠀0.7 – Your order has 3 DAYS to enter the schedule. Only question about it if it misses these 3 days. Let us know through the C-BOX that you made an order, for this will get it to enter the schedule faster;

⠀⠀0.8 – The blog does not use PASSWORD in our forms. Thus, it’s possible to perform your services in a quick, easy and smooth way;

⠀⠀0.9 – Before asking for a PREFERENCE, make sure that the staff member you wish is free or willing to accept your order in the desired category;

⠀⠀0.9.1 –  The WILDCARD BANNER can be ordered together with your cover, using the same form;

⠀⠀0.10 – Our blog works with orders in any universe, however, we do not accept any order that involves the INFLUENCERS category, whatever the area (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc). Any order in that specific category will be automatically canceled.  

Fanart and AI Usage Policy

    1.1 – The use of fanarts is strictly prohibited without the proper authorization from the image owner.

    1.2 – Clients who wish to include fanarts in their orders must provide WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION from the fanart designer, clearly demonstrating that they have permission to use it.   

    1.3 – Failure to provide authorization will result in the order being refused or the fanart being replaced with alternative images, without prior notice.

No Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI):

    2.1 – Orders involving the use of AI-generated images will not be accepted.

    2.2 – The blog is committed to not using AI in the creation of fanfic covers, in order to respect the copyright and creativity of the original artists.

Preference for Image Packs:

    3.1 – The use of PNG image packs is recommended, preferably obtained from reliable sources such as DeviantArt, to ensure the quality and suitability of the images for the orders.

Respect for Copyright:

    4.1 – Clients are encouraged to respect the copyright of the artists, avoiding the unauthorized use of their works.

    4.2 – If necessary, the blog staff can assist clients in finding images that can be used ethically and legally.

Fanfic cover

⠀⠀1.1 – The maximum number of characters for cover is FOUR. Depending on the case, we will only accept it if it’s a band or group;

⠀⠀1.2 – If you opt to send images, search for high quality pictures. Otherwise, our staff members can replace them without letting you know. We have preference for PNG packs that you can find at DEVIANTART. On this website you have access to an infinity of packs of numerous celebrities;

⠀⠀1.3 – We do not do covers with FANARTS without the authorization of the owner. In that case, if the order has demands such as this, it’s necessary for the CLIENT to send a print screen with the WRITTEN authorization of the fanart’s designer, so that the staff can use and credit without any issues;

⠀⠀1.4 – Each author has the right to TWO orders AT A TIME in each category (DS, WTT). However, if your order exceeds the limits imposed by the blog, as from the third order on, all and every order will be automatically canceled;

⠀⠀1.5 – Avoid as much as possible to leave the fields of DESCRIPTION and OBSERVATIONS empty during your order, and describe as detailed as possible how you wish your order, so that the staff member responsible for it can guide themself when executing your order;

⠀⠀1.6 – When placing your order, inform the IDOL’S NAME and which GROUP they belong to, just as the CHARACTER’S NAME and which ANIME they belong to, if they belong to that universe. In the same way, inform the ARTIST’S NAME and which BAND/GROUP they belong to, even if they are SOLO, and then on in any other category accepted by the blog. If you wish your cover with a specific artist or character, search for PNG Packs of that artist or character, avoiding sending image packs. If that demand isn’t followed, it can lead to difficulty in the responsible staff’s work if they do not know the members of such group/band/anime/dorama/etc;

⠀⠀1.7 – Orders that make VINDICATION for drugs, pedophilia, suicide, nudity and/or go against the platform’s rules will NOT BE ACCEPTED;

⠀⠀1.8 – From the moment that the designer STAFF MEMBER accepts your order and it enters our schedule, the delivery time is automatically of 30 DAYS, therefore, pay attention;

⠀⠀1.9 – When the order is delivered, the CLIENT has the maximum deadline of 45 DAYS to use it. Otherwise, your next orders can be canceled, besides losing the right of using your own order, once it will be edited to remove your name and redirected towards donations made by our staff members.

Chapter Banner

⠀⠀3.0 – The order can be made TOGETHER WITH A COVER or through the BANNER FORM, whether it’s for Wattpad, Spirit, Nyah or any other platform;

⠀⠀3.1 – On this category, the client has the option to place an order with a GIF;

⠀⠀3.1.1 – On orders with GIF, it’s MANDATORY that the gif sent is short and with good quality;

⠀⠀3.1.2 – It’ll only be accepted ONE GIF BY BANNER and nothing else, where the client must insert the link in the appropriate field in the form. In addition, it’s necessary that the gif sent must match the editing style required;;

⠀⠀3.1.3 – Orders of WILDCARD BANNERS will be accepted, adapted to any platform. However, by “wildcard banner” it’s understood banners that are adapted directly by the cover, therefore, they are custom;

⠀⠀3.2 – Orders of VARIED CHAPTERS will be accepted, however, we have the limit of 10 BANNERS for each fanfic;

⠀⠀3.3 – It’ll be accepted only ONE ORDER at a time by the user. If that limit is crossed, by the second order, all the following orders will be automatically canceled;

⠀⠀3.4 – From the moment that the designer STAFF MEMBER accepts your order and it enters our schedule, the delivery time is automatically of 20 DAYS, therefore, pay attention;

Google Forms and Docs Banner

⠀⠀4.0 – It’ll be accepted only ONE ORDER at a time by the user. If that limit is crossed, by the second order, all the following orders will be automatically canceled;

⠀⠀4.1 – It’s MANDATORY to send PNG PACKS of the desired images in the banner;

⠀⠀4.2 – If the order has preference for images of group/band/anime/dorama/etc, ONLY ONE which contains all integrants/characters will be used, whether it was sent by the client or chosen by the responsible staff; 

⠀⠀4.3 – On this category, it’ll be accepted orders of personal use, for blogs and projects; 

⠀⠀4.2 – From the moment that the designer STAFF MEMBER accepts your order and it enters our schedule, the delivery time is automatically of 20 DAYS, therefore, pay attention;

Signature

⠀⠀6.0 – It’ll be accepted only TWO ORDERS at a time by the user. If that limit is crossed, by the third order, all the following orders will be automatically canceled;O blog aceitará apenas DOIS PEDIDOS por usuário.  

⠀⠀6.1 – It’ll be accepted only TWO IDOLS/CHARACTERS by signature, except when it’s groups or bands; 

⠀⠀6.2 – It’s MANDATORY to send PNG Packs or HIGH QUALITY PICS for your order. However, the team has preference for PNG PACKS which can be found on  DEVIANTART; 

⠀⠀6.3 – For orders with GIF, it’s MANDATORY to send the desired gif as long as it is short and with good quality. Besides, it’ll only be accepted orders with ONE GIF per signature; 

⠀⠀6.4 – When filling the form, the CLIENT must order only ONE signature within the form; 

⠀⠀6.5 – Avoid at all costs to leave the fields of FORM FILLING empty when making your order, and describe as detailed as possible how you wish your order, so that the responsible staff member can have guidance when executing your order; 

⠀⠀6.6 – If the colors, images, format and style ordered by the client aren’t coherent, the staff member responsible by the signature has total freedom to change any, or all, quoted elements, without previous notice; 

⠀⠀6.7 – From the moment that the designer STAFF MEMBER accepts your order and it enters our schedule, the delivery time is automatically of 20 DAYS, therefore, pay attention. 

Teaser

7.0 – Each user may request only one teaser at a time. If this limit is exceeded, all additional requests will be automatically canceled.

7.1 – IT IS MANDATORY to provide video clips stored on YouTube or available on Google Drive. Requests without at least one video will be canceled.

7.2 – The teaser may feature a maximum of 4 characters.

• Exception: For group scenes, screen time must be used efficiently to ensure everyone appears.

7.3 – The teaser duration depends on the type of fanfic:

• Standard teasers: Up to 1 minute and 30 seconds, depending on the teasermaker’s availability.

• Unpublished fanfics: Maximum of 50 seconds.

7.4 – You must provide the necessary video clips for the teaser, including:

• Specific character scenes

• Scenery shots (if required)

• Actions and relevant objects
  If not provided, the teasermaker may choose to search for them. If they are unwilling to do so, the request will be canceled.

7.5 – All submitted videos must include timestamps (time markers), for example:

• John sitting — from 3:03 to 3:10

7.6 – Music must be provided as a YouTube video, audio on Google Drive, or another accessible platform.

• The teasermaker has the right to use a copyright-free version or a cover if necessary to upload the teaser to their channel.

7.7 – NSFW content will not be accepted, including:

• Explicit pornography

• Ecchi (nude or semi-nude characters)

• Videos featuring children without legal consent (actors, models, and public figures are allowed)

• Gore (excessive graphic violence)

7.8 – Content that promotes criminal activities or has questionable themes will not be accepted.

7.9 – Dubbing will only be accepted if:

1. The teasermaker is willing to do it.

2. The audio is fully prepared and edited beforehand.

PASSWORD

The blog NATURALLY  EDITS does not work with passwords, therefore, place your orders with tranquility and conscience. 

Remember to always let us know through our c-box when you place an order or modify/cancel it.
